Counselor (LPC, LCSW, ALPC)

Cosmo Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor (LPC, LCSW, or ALPC) to join our multidisciplinary care team. This role provides individual and group counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative, community-centered healthcare setting.
Position Overview
The Counselor will:

Provide individual and group therapy services

Work collaboratively with medical providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care

Participate in clinical consultations as part of a multidisciplinary team

Deliver services in accordance with Agency policies and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines

Meet established productivity targets for weekly billable services
