Counselor (LPC, LCSW, ALPC)

Cosmo Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor (LPC, LCSW, or ALPC) to join our multidisciplinary care team. This role provides individual and group counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in a collaborative, community-centered healthcare setting.

Position Overview

The Counselor will:

  • Provide individual and group therapy services

  • Work collaboratively with medical providers to deliver integrated, whole-person care

  • Participate in clinical consultations as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Deliver services in accordance with Agency policies and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines

  • Meet established productivity targets for weekly billable services
